Our steps to keeping you safe

The Sanctuary team greatly values your business, but more importantly we value the health of our customers, employees, and the community as a whole. We hope to see you soon!
We have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout each of our facilities, making them easily accessible to patients, patrons and Sanctuary team members.
We have fitted our lines with cones that allow our patrons to remain six feet away from one another, per the CDC’s guidelines.
We are emphasizing to our employees the serious nature of the situation. All employees know that if they are showing any signs of illness or have come in possible contact with anyone who is ill, that it is absolutely mandatory that they stay home. During the COVID outbreak, Sanctuary has adjusted its sick time policy to appropriately accommodate the situation.
We have placed a renewed focus on our cleaning and sanitizing procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, an emphasis on regular, continuous disinfection of all public spaces and surfaces, including door handles, countertops, card payment readers, tabletops, and kiosks.
In response to news that the virus can be transmitted via currency, we are encouraging patients and patrons to pay for their purchases with debit cards rather than with cash.
We are encouraging patients and patrons to utilize Sanctuary’s leafly pages. Orders are usually ready in under 20 minutes, and the time an customer will received a text message or phone call and time spent in the dispensary is usually under ten minutes.
We are encouraging all consumers to avoid sharing cannabis products and tools. Roll your own blunt, deep clean your glass and wash your hands before handling your own product.

Sanctuary will continue to implement safety measures as we respond to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. We realize how important it is to continue to provide our patients and patrons with a safe, reliable source of premium cannabis products, and we recognize how crucial it is that we do this as safely and carefully as possible.

We recognize the serious nature of the outbreak. As such, we will continue to take extra precautions to ensure the health and wellness of not only our patients and patrons, but of the Sanctuary team as well.
