In order to obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card in Florida, you must be a permanent resident and must be diagnosed with a qualifying condition by a qualified physician. If your primary care doctor is not certified, you might need to find a doctor elsewhere. Please call Sanctuary and our staff will help locate a doctor for you.

Your certified physician will register you with the state and provide you with your Patient ID Number. Remember to provide your physician with your email address to receive important updates.
