In order to enter the facility, it is required you bring your valid medical card and a valid government-issued identification proving you are 21 or older. This could be in the form of a driver’s license, passport or military ID.
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards with pin (contact your credit card company for more information) as forms of payment.

In order to obtain a Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card in Florida, you must be a permanent resident and must be diagnosed with a qualifying condition by a qualified physician. If your primary care doctor is not certified, you might need to find a doctor elsewhere. Please call Sanctuary and our staff will help locate a doctor for you.

Your certified physician will register you with the state and provide you with your Patient ID Number. Remember to provide your physician with your email address to receive important updates. You will use your Patient ID Number to apply for your Registry Identification Card on the OMMU website, found [here].
